And so it begins
At Houston we watched some football in one of the restaurants, Pappadeaux, until we boarded the plane.
This trip we booked the exit row so Doug had some legroom. Then it turned out no one had the third seat AND the bulkhead was about 6 feet in front of us, so we could stand up, move around and spread out. Doug only had to take one pill!
This plane wasn't equipped with wifi, so Doug wasn't able to keep track of the Charger game. I asked one of the attendants if she was able to get a score for us. About an hour went by and no word, so I figured they forgot. Then a bit later they came by with a piece of paper and the final score. Doug was happy.
We are descending into Amsterdam at 0730 on Monday. It hasn't really been 24 hours, since they are 9 hours ahead of us, but it feels like it. I think I only slept about an hour.
Lunch in Houston
A little liquid refreshment in flight.
